❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which currencies are synchronized?
All official currencies published by the selected national central bank are supported (e.g. 78+ currencies for CBUAE, 70+ for SAMA, official EUR reference rates for ECB, and official indicative cross rates for CBO/CBK/CBB/QCB/CBE/RBI/TCMB/NBP/BCB/Banxico). The extension automatically maps and synchronizes rates for whichever currencies are configured in your Business Central Currencies table.
What time do daily exchange rates update?
Rates are updated automatically following official central bank publication schedules (typically between 14:00 and 16:00 UTC depending on regional banking hours).
Does the extension slow down Business Central?
No. Rate queries are served from global cloud edge caches with <20ms response times. Furthermore, license validations utilize a built-in 7-day local caching rule, meaning daily Job Queue syncs execute with zero external license overhead.
